Terms and FAQ

Shipping Info

Your order is shipped via registered mail.
Import fees may apply, I cannot take responsibility for those.
I cannot refund your order after it is shipped.

Here is a quick overview of shipping prices and times (as of 2024, subject to change, no guarantee):
- Within Switzerland: CHF 6.80, ships within 2-3 working days.
- Within Europe: CHF 11.50, ships within 3-12 working days.
- The rest of the world: CHF 14.50, ships within 3-20 working days.

How much does it cost?

The price for 1 Custom Kitty Keychain is CHF 45. This does not include shipping.
Conversion rates are handled by paypal or the banks, respectively.
I reserve the right to change this price as I see fit.
Good to know: These keychains are a little cheaper at conventions!

How long does it take?

It will take 1-3 weeks between you filling out the interest form and me shipping your keychain.
The amount of time depends on the complexity of the design, how quickly you reply, and how many orders I am currently working on.

What is it made of?

The knitted cat heads are made from cotton yarns, embroidered with acrylic yarns and filled with soft polyacrylic stuffing. The eyes are plastic safety eyes, handpainted with acrylic paints. The keychain findings are made from durable stainless steel.

Can i wash it?

If your keychain gets dirty, let the dirt dry and brush it off gently. If that's not enough, hand-wash it with warm water. Use a soft toothbrush if necessary. The materials will survive a machine wash up to 30°C, but I do not recommend it, as the embroidery might shift or loosen.

Can i post it on social media?

Yes, of course! It is your keychain, after all. I appreciate if you tag me, but it is not necessary.
You are *not* allowed to say or imply that you made it yourself.

Can i gift or resell it?

You can always gift your keychain to someone. I can even send it directly to the recipient of the gift with a personalized message, if you like.
You may resell it, but not for more than CHF 45. You must credit me if you resell it.

Refunds

Important: Refunds are only possible before I ship your keychain. Once it leaves my home, I cannot offer a refund anymore.
If you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, simply send me a message. You may state a reason, but you don't have to.
I will refund CHF 30. This is to cover my transaction and conversion fees, as well as to compensate my time and effort.
